I’d say I felt more control over what I wanted out of my protein shake each day, more than ever, such as adding more fibre some days, or keratin on my workout days. It makes drinking my protein shakes a little more fun on a daily basis, as well as switching up the flavor of my shake.
However, I have to mention one of the downsides being the value of the protein relative to the serving size and cost, as the servings are small compared to other non-personalized protein brands, so as someone who regularly drinks protein, there simply wasn’t enough for the entire month, for the last week, I’d have to use my original protein…
