Haus Labs by Lady Gaga turned the opening of Sephora UK’s new Carnaby Street flagship into a skincare and espresso moment with The Complexion Café, a pop up designed to make complexion matching feel as inviting as a weekend coffee run. Set in Soho, the activation offered a mix of beauty expertise, thoughtful gifting and café culture to connect with the brand’s London community in a way that felt distinctly Haus Labs.

Across the weekend, visitors to The Complexion Café could enjoy complimentary shade matching, with Haus Labs beauty experts on hand to help guests find their ideal foundation and complexion products.

Paired with free coffee and exclusive gifts with purchase, the experience turned shade finding often a source of stress for consumers into something relaxed, social and easy.

By blending pro level matching with a casual café vibe, Haus Labs invited guests to spend time with the brand’s high performance, skincare infused formulas in a setting that felt more like a hangout than a hard sell.

Hosted to mark the opening of Sephora UK’s Carnaby Street flagship, the pop up also underscored Haus Labs’ close relationship with Sephora as its exclusive retail partner in the UK.
