House of Creed Brings Centuries of Craft to The Royal Academy’s 2026 Summer Exhibition
The House of Creed is the headline partner of the Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition Preview Party 2026, uniting two institutions whose histories both reach back to the 1760s in a shared celebration of British artistry and craftsmanship. As partner, Creed welcomed cultural figures to Burlington House in Mayfair for a private view in support of the Royal Academy Schools, ahead of the Summer Exhibition 2026 running from 16 June to 23 August.
Heritage links between Creed and the RA
The Royal Academy Summer Exhibition is the world’s longest running open submission art show, held annually at Burlington House since 1769. The House of Creed, founded in the same era, traces its heritage to a London tailoring and fragrance house established in 1760, creating a natural bridge between historic perfume making and the RA’s three century commitment to artists.

A night at Burlington House The Preview Party took place on 10 June 2026 in the RA’s Main Galleries and courtyard at Burlington House, Piccadilly, bringing together artists, collectors, curators, designers, musicians and public figures for a first look at the 258th Summer Exhibition.
As headline partner, The House of Creed hosted guests for the private view, with the evening supporting the Royal Academy Schools, the UK’s only free three‑year postgraduate fine art programme.
