Empowering Talent From Within The launch of Career Compass builds on LVMH‘s broader employer brand commitment, “Where Dreams Become Careers,” which positions the Group as a career playground spanning over 75 Maisons across more than 500 métiers.
In 2024, 82% of LVMH employees received professional training, and 19,000 benefited from internal mobility opportunities. Career Compass formalizes this commitment, turning internal career development into a shared responsibility between employees and the Group.
