MBK Partners Agrees to Buy 40% of AXIS-Y Parent at ₩430 Billion Valuation

MBK Partners has agreed to acquire a 40% stake in Asia Master Trade, the company behind Korean skincare brand AXIS-Y, for approximately ₩172 billion. Announced September 7, the transaction values the business at about ₩430 billion.
