Monsieur Dior Brings Mauro Colagreco’s Three Star Magic Back to Sun Kissed Saint Tropez
Dior has reopened the Monsieur Dior restaurant in Saint-Tropez, a sun drenched dining destination just steps from the sea that translates the House’s universe into haute cuisine under the direction of three Michelin starred chef Mauro Colagreco. Rooted in the light, produce and landscapes of the French Riviera, the new address turns the founding couturier’s world into a gastronomic experience that sits alongside the Dior boutique and Café Dior in the same historic setting.
A Riviera homage to Monsieur Dior
Located at 13 Rue François Sibilli in Saint-Tropez, the Monsieur Dior restaurant forms part of the Dior house and garden complex that has long hosted the brand’s café and seasonal experiences. Just a short walk from both the port and the legendary Place des Lices, the restaurant offers an elegant retreat that feels both coastal and couture.
Dior describes the opening as a “sun kissed homage” to Christian Dior, with the space and menu designed to reflect his love of gardens, flowers, and the art of French living. Only steps away from the sea, terraces and outdoor areas frame the experience in Mediterranean light, echoing the maison’s Riviera ready collections and summer campaigns.
Mauro Colagreco’s culinary interpretation of Dior The kitchen is led by Mauro Colagreco, the Argentina born, France based chef behind Mirazur in Menton, a three Michelin star restaurant renowned for its garden centric cuisine and sweeping sea views over the Côte d’Azur.
At Mirazur, Colagreco is known for putting the environment, seasonality and biodiverse gardens at the heart of his cooking, a philosophy that naturally extends to his work in Saint-Tropez.
At Monsieur Dior and Café Dior in Saint-Tropez, Colagreco “translates the language of Dior into gastronomy,” building dishes inspired by flowers, emblematic motifs and the colors of the house, while drawing ingredients from the local Provençal terroir.
The result is a menu that feels couture in its detailing and composition, but grounded in the simplicity and freshness of seasonal Mediterranean cooking…
