Prada Puts Hunter Schafer Front and Center in “Simple Stories,” Its Fall-Winter 2026 Campaign

Prada has released its Fall-Winter 2026 campaign, “Simple Stories,” and Hunter Schafer is one of the four faces carrying it. Prada unveiled “Simple Stories” as the campaign for its Fall-Winter 2026 collections, and the cast includes actress Hunter Schafer alongside singer Troye Sivan, actor Kelvin Harrison Jr.

and Chinese singer Chen Haoyu. The campaign was conceived by Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons, the house’s co-creative directors, and directed by Barry Jenkins, the Academy Award-winning filmmaker behind “Moonlight.” It marks Jenkins’ first project in fashion.

Each cast member appears in a separate scene rather than sharing a single storyline. Schafer is shown scrapping pages of writing in front of a fireplace, Harrison Jr. reflects while lying on a couch, Sivan glances into a mirror, and Chen Haoyu is seated in a window with a book.

Ferdinando Verderi handled creative direction for the campaign’s visuals. Instead of showing the clothes as the main subject, Prada built the imagery around small, private moments: a gesture, a glance, a habit caught mid-motion. The idea is that clothing becomes part of the scene rather than something posed for the camera…
