Tiffany & Co. Celebrates 99 Interns and Its First SPARK Retail Cohort

The program gave participants an opportunity to work across a broad range of functions while learning about the history, craftsmanship and culture behind Tiffany & Co.

From product development and marketing to store design, manufacturing, human resources, digital innovation and retail, the interns were encouraged to explore how different teams contribute to the success of the Maison.

The 2026 program ran for 10 weeks, from 1 June to 7 August, and brought together students from across North America. It was designed to offer early career talent a meaningful introduction to the luxury industry, pairing practical projects with mentorship, professional development and exposure to the company’s heritage.
