Mulberry Adds Two Independent Directors to Its Board Ahead of September AGM

Mulberry Group plc is expanding its Board with the appointment of Sara Dickinson and Kenny Wilson as Independent Non-Executive Directors, effective after its Annual General Meeting on 9 September 2026.

The appointments follow the Company’s 7 August 2026 announcement that Steven Grapstein and Christophe Cornu intend to step down after the AGM. The new Board members bring financial and consumer-brand experience to Mulberry, the British lifestyle brand known for its leather goods, ready-to-wear and accessories.

Sara Dickinson will become Chair of the Audit Committee, while Kenny Wilson will join the Remuneration and Nominations Committee. Dickinson has more than 30 years of experience in finance, including financial governance, digital finance processes and transformation.
