Saks Fifth Avenue, a renowned luxury retailer, is venturing into the travel business through a marketing partnership with Inspirato, a luxury travel subscription service. As part of this collaboration, around 3,000 Saks stylists will become brand ambassadors for Inspirato, introducing their clients to the company’s luxury travel subscriptions both online and in stores.

The recent Saks Luxury Pulse report revealed that 72% of respondents have booked or are planning to book a future trip, with 60% purchasing clothing in preparation for travel. This partnership between Saks and Inspirato aims to capitalize on the growing interest in luxury travel among consumers, offering them a seamless way to explore and book high-end vacation experiences.

The partnership is set to begin in the second quarter of this year, with Saks stylists receiving training on Inspirato’s offerings. They will be supported by Inspirato’s sales team as they introduce the luxury travel options to their clientele. Inspirato’s portfolio includes luxury homes, five-star hotels and resorts, and custom travel experiences.

The two popular travel subscription options are the Inspirato Club at $650 per month and the Inspirato Pass at $2,550 per month.

Members can travel as much or as little as they like, paying nightly rates as they go, and can cancel their membership at any time. Nightly rates for vacation residences range from $600 to over $3,000, depending on factors such as location, amenities, travel season, and more.
  • The Inspirato Pass is a high-end travel subscription model that allows members to book an unlimited number of vacations or stays for a monthly fee, currently set at $2,500. This flat fee covers luxury accommodations throughout Inspirato’s global portfolio without any additional charges, taxes, or fees.
