Early Life and Career at Reebok A lifelong sneaker enthusiast, Krinsky began selling shoes at age 16, then joined Reebok in 1992, starting as a Footwear Development Manager.

By 1994, he was a Merchandise Manager, steadily advancing through divisions and leadership posts: Director of Footwear Development (1997–1999) Senior Director, Youth Sports Division (2000–2001) Vice President, RBK Division (2001–2006) Global VP, Sports Marketing Division (2006–2011) Global VP, Classics Division (2011–2017) SVP / Chief Product Officer (2017–2022) President & CEO (2022–present) Through these positions, he led product innovations, category growth, and global campaigns.
