Clinique has brought its Feels Like Moisture Surge campaign into physical space with The Feels Like Lab, a two-day consumer activation in New York’s SoHo. The experience is open September 25–26, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., at 13 Crosby Street.

The opening follows a broader New York rollout that included Times Square advertising and oversized jelly-inspired objects moving through the city. An initial cocktail preview brought together international press, creators and brand partners, with Emilia Jones among the guests, according to Clinique.
Inside the Lab, visitors can touch and explore installations inspired by the ways consumers describe Moisture Surge 100H. The format gives the skincare campaign a physical vocabulary: texture, movement and playful displays replace a conventional product-only presentation.
A Campaign Built for Participation
Clinique describes the installations as sensorial experiences that guests can explore and share. That connects the campaign’s street-level visibility with an in-person encounter centered on one hero product, rather than a full-store assortment.
The SoHo address and short opening window make the activation a concentrated brand touchpoint. Visitors looking to attend should use the September 25–26 dates and daily 10 a.m.–6 p.m. hours announced by Clinique.
