Coach Puts Product Zoning at the Center of Its DLF Avenue Store in New Delhi

Thapper described the work as a new chapter for Coach at the location, crediting collaboration between visual merchandising, retail, marketing, operations and store teams. His account focuses on how the product is presented and how customers move through the space.

A clear view of the assortment The photographs show bags individually spaced on illuminated shelving, with small leather goods presented in central fixtures. Long views from the entrance make several merchandise areas visible at once, while distinct wall sections create smaller destinations within the store.

Warm metallic framing, pale surfaces and seating areas establish a consistent interior. The arrangement gives individual bag shapes room to stand out while preserving a view across the wider assortment.
