Estée Lauder has taken a minority stake in 111SKIN, a luxury clinical skin care brand founded by a plastic surgeon, a strategic bet on the fast-growing intersection of medical expertise and prestige beauty. The Estée Lauder Companies has announced a minority investment in 111SKIN, a luxury clinical skin care brand founded by renowned plastic and reconstructive surgeon Dr. Yannis Alexandrides. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

111SKIN distributes through luxury retail, e-commerce, and high-end spa channels, with partners including HarrodsBluemercuryNordstromMandarin Oriental, and Aman. The brand’s direct-to-consumer business represents approximately 20% of sales, reflecting strong digital engagement with prestige consumers. North America accounts for approximately 40% of 2025 sales, with an established presence across China, the United KingdomEurope, and Asia Pacific.
