The luxury resale brand myGemma has officially launched its new showroom on Fifth Avenue, marking a significant milestone in its expansion strategy. Located at their midtown headquarters, this exclusive Manhattan showroom opened its doors to the public on May 29, 2024.
Fifth Avenue, renowned for its high-end retail spaces and iconic landmarks like the Empire State Building and Central Park, now hosts myGemma’s latest venture. This move aligns with the brand’s vision of bridging the gap between online and offline shopping experiences, enhancing the purchasing journey for its clientele.
“Having a physical location [showroom] for customers to see the product in-person before purchasing is a natural extension of our online and livestream shopping offerings, without entering the quagmire of physical retail,” comments Andrew Brown, CEO.

The showroom offers an extensive range of authenticated designer items from prestigious brands like Hermès, Chanel, Rolex, Cartier, and Louis Vuitton. Customers can now experience the luxury of shopping these high-end products in person, adding a tactile dimension to their purchasing process that complements myGemma’s robust online platform.
According to Brown, a representative from myGemma, the opening of the Fifth Avenue showroom is a “natural next step” in the brand’s evolution. “In 2023, we created a dedicated live-streaming team, which has seen great success,” Brown stated.
