Nike Starts The Road to its 13.1 Mile Los Angeles After Dark Race With Mile 0

Mile 0 served as the beginning of the runner journey, offering participants a space to ask questions, hear training advice and connect with others preparing for the same goal.

Rather than waiting until race day to engage runners, Nike created an early touchpoint that makes preparation feel more social, approachable and supported. The event included panel discussions featuring training tips, race day guidance and inspiration for runners at different stages of their preparation.

For some participants, this may be their first half marathon. For others, it is an opportunity to return to a race environment with a new goal, a new community or a different approach to training. The Nike After Dark Tour Los Angeles race is a 13.1-mile half marathon taking place after the sun goes down.
