The largest women-owned intimates company in the United States, Ariela & Associates International (AAI) has acquired the disruptive and inclusive brand Parade. The acquisition was announced on August 15th, 2023, marking a new chapter for both companies.

Parade, a trailblazing force in the intimate apparel industry, has been making waves since its launch in 2019. Known for setting new standards for inclusivity, body positivity, and self-expression, the brand has quickly garnered a loyal customer base of young women who seek more than just style from their intimate wear. Parade's commitment to sustainable practices and use of sustainably sourced materials have further solidified its position in the market.

The acquisition by AAI will allow Parade to maintain its unique identity and creative vision while leveraging AAI's best-in-class sourcing, design, and forecasting capabilities. This strategic move is expected to enable Parade to scale not only in the U.S. but also globally.
