REFY Beauty’s Artist Studio is at Selfridges Where Live Portraits Meet Oxford Street

REFY has brought its Artist Studio concept to Selfridges Oxford Street, debuting a Watercolor themed pop up that turns a beauty launch into a live, in store art experience complete with bespoke portraits by illustrator Jess Rose Bird.

Watercolor comes to life at Selfridges The REFY Artist Studio is installed on the Ground floor beauty hall at Selfridges, Oxford Street, as part of the brand’s ongoing partnership with the retailer.

Conceived “from concept to reality” to celebrate the launch of the Watercolor collection, the space brings together the visual references behind the products soft washes of pigment, layered transparency, an “art class” mood – and invites the community to test, swatch and play in person.

In keeping with REFY’s “simplifying beauty” ethos, the Studio leans into a clean, gallery like aesthetic rather than a cluttered counter, foregrounding product texture and colour payoff over heavy fixtures.

Art Club with Jess Rose Bird A key draw of the activation is Art Club with Jess Rose Bird, a recurring weekend residency where the Scottish fashion illustrator creates bespoke watercolor portraits for shoppers…
