Sally Beauty Brings Back COLORfest With New Five Stop Campus Tour

Sally Beauty is bringing COLORfest back for Fall 2026, and this time the brand is taking the celebration straight to college campuses. The industry leading destination for professional quality hair color, hair care and nails introduced COLORfest in March 2026 as a month long campaign of self expression, anchored by a consumer pop up at The Grove in Los Angeles. That inaugural activation reached thousands of new customers and proved the brand’s ability to combine product discovery with experiential education, cementing Sally Beauty’s unique position in specialty beauty retail.

As Gen Z consumers head back to school and students look for inspiration and accessible beauty solutions, Sally Beauty is meeting them where they are.

In partnership with Her Campus Media, a community-powered media and marketing ecosystem focused on the next generation, COLORfest on Campus is designed to inspire self-expression and fuel students’ confidence to achieve any hair or nail look from the comfort of their dorm—no salon required.

The campus tour kicks off on August 18 in Florida, with additional stops in Alabama and Texas throughout the month. “COLORfest was always meant to be the beginning of something bigger, and this fall we’re delivering on that promise,” said Chris Kobus, Chief Marketing Officer at Sally Beauty.

He noted that with hundreds of new products to discover, category-first launches and an experience designed to meet the next generation of beauty enthusiasts on their own turf, COLORfest is the brand showing up for its community in a bigger, bolder way than ever before…
