Sephora has introduced Project Hearts Not Hate, its first global signature cause focused on appearance-based hate. The initiative combines research commissioned from Ipsos, planned bystander training developed with nonprofit Right To Be, and a two-day donation programme tied to Sephora Collection sales. It moves the retailer’s inclusion message into an operating programme with employee and community training planned from 2027.
