Karuna Skin, a female-owned skincare and beauty brand based in Culver City, California, has announced the launch of their new skincare line at Whole Foods Market stores across the United States. Founded in 2009 by Linda Wang, Karuna Skin is known for being the first to bring Asian sheet masks to the U.S. market. Wang’s interest in skincare was shaped by her childhood struggles with allergies, rashes, and eczema.

The new Karuna Skin line for Whole Foods Market offers beauty products that act in synergy with the body, combining the principles of Ayurveda practices, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Adaptogens, and Clinical Science for effective formulations. All products are free from parabens, phthalates, formaldehyde, and SLS/SLES. The collection features 11 SKUs with prices ranging from $5 to $23 and includes key ingredients like black hoof mushroom, snow mushrooms, and prickly pear cactus.
