Canadian skin care brand The Ordinary turned its belief that “the truth should be ordinary” into a three day, lab inspired pop up in London, inviting consumers to test, question and experience its science led formulas up close.
By shifting the conversation from marketing claims to open experimentation, the activation deepened trust, demystified ingredients and quietly reset what a beauty pop up can be.

Earlier this year, DECIEM owned brand The Ordinary transformed UNLOCKED Shoreditch at 118 Curtain Road, London into an immersive, science first studio for a multi day consumer experience.
