Mulberry Group plc is expanding its Board with the appointment of Sara Dickinson and Kenny Wilson as Independent Non-Executive Directors, effective after its Annual General Meeting on 9 September 2026. The appointments follow the Company’s 7 August 2026 announcement that Steven Grapstein and Christophe Cornu intend to step down after the AGM.
The new Board members bring financial and consumer-brand experience to Mulberry, the British lifestyle brand known for its leather goods, ready-to-wear and accessories. Sara Dickinson will become Chair of the Audit Committee, while Kenny Wilson will join the Remuneration and Nominations Committee.
Dickinson has more than 30 years of experience in finance, including financial governance, digital finance processes and transformation. Since February 2025, she has been Group Chief Financial Officer at Boldyn Group Limited, a telecoms infrastructure business.

She has also served as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Finance Committee at residential property group A2Dominion. Dickinson is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director at Aptitude Software Group PLC.
At 58, she brings extensive financial governance experience to Mulberry’s Board as it prepares for the transition in September. Wilson, 59, has held executive roles across global consumer and fashion brands. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Dr. Martens plc from 2018 to 2025. Before Dr.
