SHEIN Expands Its European Logistics Hub Near Wrocław

SHEIN is expanding its European Logistics Hub near Wrocław, Poland, with thousands of additional jobs planned as the operation grows. The online fashion retailer says it has created more than 3,000 jobs in Poland during 2026 so far, with further recruitment expected in the coming weeks and months.

The announcement points to a broadening fulfillment operation rather than warehouse hiring alone. Planned roles cover customs clearance, transport, project management, procurement, data analysis and automation maintenance, alongside supply-chain and warehouse functions.

A Regional Fulfillment Operation SHEIN says the hub supports faster, more efficient deliveries across Europe. Additional positions span warehouse management, health and safety, loss prevention and process optimisation.

Together, the functions connect the handling of goods with the systems, compliance and transport work needed to move orders through a regional distribution network. More than 200 Polish small and medium-sized businesses provide goods and services supporting the company’s operations, according to SHEIN.
