Kontoor Raises Earnings Outlook as Wrangler and Helly Hansen Grow

The November 5 earnings update follows the completed sale of Lee to Authentic Brands Group, announced November 3. The disposal leaves Kontoor focused on its two principal businesses in denim, outdoor apparel and workwear. Lee is reported in discontinued operations.

Wrangler and Helly Hansen both grow According to Kontoor’s third-quarter filing, revenue from continuing operations reached approximately $685 million for the period ended October 3, 2026, up 3% year over year. Wrangler generated $485 million and Helly Hansen $191 million, each increasing approximately 3%. Wrangler’s U.S.

revenue rose 2%, with direct-to-consumer sales increasing 7%. International revenue grew 6%. The filing attributes U.S. wholesale growth to additional distribution and growth in women’s products, while international gains included Canadian wholesale demand and European retail and online sales.

Helly Hansen has a longer expansion plan behind the quarter. At its September investor day, Kontoor targeted more than $1.1 billion in brand revenue by 2030.
