When I started searching for the perfect gift for a baby shower, I knew I wanted something special—soft, cuddly, and a little bit whimsical. Jellycat plush toys immediately came to mind, but I had no idea just how many options were out there until I discovered Princess & The Pea Boutique in Edmonton.

As soon as I walked into their bright, welcoming store near Rabbit Hill (at 5112 Mullen Rd NW), I was greeted by a huge display of Jellycats—everything from classic Bashful Bunnies to quirky Amuseables and even rare finds I hadn’t seen anywhere else. The collection was enormous, and I was honestly spoiled for choice. It felt like every shelf had another adorable Jellycat peeking out, waiting to be hugged or gifted.

What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. They were genuinely friendly and incredibly helpful, taking the time to show me the newest arrivals and even sharing their own favorites for baby gifts. Their advice made it easy to pick the perfect plush for the shower, and I left feeling confident I’d found something truly unique.
