Gucci Renews Its Italian Gender Parity Certification Confirming its Role as The First Luxury House to Meet The NRRP Standard

Renewed Gender Parity Certification in Italy Gucci first obtained the Gender Parity Certification in July 2023, when it became the first Italian luxury company to voluntarily achieve the standard created as part of Italy’s Gender Equality Certification System under the NRRP.

The certification, awarded by Bureau Veritas Italia, recognises companies that demonstrate measurable progress and robust governance around gender equality.

In 2026, Gucci underwent a recertification audit, which it has now successfully passed, confirming that the house continues to meet the required benchmarks and has maintained or improved its performance since the initial certification.
