Loro Piana Invited ESSEC LVMH Chair Students Into its Paris Offices

The project invited students to look beyond the product and examine the elements that create a meaningful, lasting client relationship.

They explored how retail performance, client experience, service and brand values can work together to create moments that feel personal while remaining true to Loro Piana’s identity of discretion, quality and timeless elegance. Throughout the programme, participants applied classroom thinking to a real business challenge.

Working with professionals from the Maison allowed them to connect theory with practical insights, developing ideas around retail excellence while discovering the importance of curiosity, attention to detail and a deep understanding of client expectations.
