LVMH Names Laura Vandendaele and Pierre-Julien Bousquet to Senior HR Roles

Vandendaele retains her existing People Experience responsibilities and adds leadership of Group Learning and the development of LVMH House programs. Bousquet continues to oversee employer branding, talent attraction and employee engagement in his expanded role.

Two roles across the employee journey The structure places skills development and the employee experience alongside a dedicated remit for attraction and engagement. LVMH says the changes support its People at Heart roadmap and Career Compass, the group framework for skills development and internal mobility.

Maud Alvarez-Pereyre, LVMH’s chief human resources officer, announced the appointments as the group continues to build those programs. The leadership changes identify who will oversee their next phase, while the specific results of the initiatives will depend on their rollout across LVMH’s houses and teams.
