Colman Domingo Named First Global Fragrance Ambassador for Valentino Beauty

Domingo’s connection with Valentino is deep-rooted. He is frequently spotted at the front row of the brand’s runway shows and, under the tenure of Creative Director Alessandro Michele, brings Hollywood prestige to the Italian house’s menswear and beauty divisions.

Valentino Beauty emphasized, “Valentino Beauty is pleased to announce @kingofbingo (Colman Domingo) as new Global Brand Ambassador for fragrances, to celebrate beauty as a force for inclusivity, authenticity, and self-expression.” A Personal Touch Speaking about the appointment, Colman Domingo shared in a statement, “I am honoured to partner with Valentino Beauty, a brand that truly celebrates this connection between identity and scent.

The brand understands that beauty is about breaking moulds and celebrating what is unique. I believe in inspiring authenticity, and I see that same spirit in every fragrance.” Partnership Activities and Brand Impact This is not the first brand partnership for Domingo and Valentino Beauty.

Last month, Domingo hosted a takeover of the brand’s Instagram stories during a Studio 54-inspired event, bringing an energetic narrative to the brand’s digital presence and engaging audiences with authenticity and glamour.

Industry observers note that Domingo’s appointment underscores Valentino Beauty’s commitment to “breaking moulds and inspiring authenticity,” expanding the product story beyond traditional fragrance campaigns to embrace uniqueness and community.
