Aritzia Opens Its First Gulf Coast Store With a New Orleans Retail Moment

Aritzia has opened its first boutique in Louisiana at Lakeside Shopping Center in Metairie, marking the Canadian fashion retailer’s first store in the Gulf Coast region. The 9,200 square foot location brings Aritzia’s in house labels, styling services and experiential retail format to shoppers in the greater New Orleans area.

The boutique opened on August 13, 2026, within the main mall at 3301 Veterans Memorial Boulevard. Located across from Kendra Scott, the new store is one of several fashion additions at Lakeside as the centre expands its retail mix for customers across southeast Louisiana and the Gulf South.

Aritzia Meets New Orleans To introduce the brand locally, Aritzia invited media and creators to preview the space and partnered with St. Pizza, a New Orleans favourite known for its New York style pizza. The collaboration includes limited-edition apparel and gifts, giving the opening an explicit local connection.

The Aritzia x St. Pizza assortment includes a limited-edition T shirt and fleece hoodie, available in limited quantities through the boutique and the Aritzia app. The opening weekend also featured St.

Pizza soft serve with purchases, while customers spending more than $150 received limited-edition bag charms and those spending more than $400 received an Aritzia x St. Pizza hoodie, while supplies lasted…
