LVMH Turns Hope Themed Montfermeil Show Into Real Fashion Careers
LVMH is celebrating youth, creativity and community impact as sponsor of the 21st edition of the Montfermeil Cultures & Creation Fashion Show, held on May 30 at Domaine Formigé in Montfermeil, France. The event is a cornerstone of the Group’s long term partnership with the neighboring towns of Clichy-sous-Bois and Montfermeil, where fashion is used as a tool for inclusion, confidence building and access to careers in luxury.
Centered on the theme of Hope, this year’s edition brought together more than 400 young creators and amateur models, offering them a runway and backstage experience that mirrors professional fashion shows while remaining rooted in local communities. The show highlights talent in all its diversity, reflecting LVMH’s belief that different backgrounds and perspectives are a powerful driver of creativity across its 75+ Maisons.

fabrics for the collections, giving the young designers access to the kind of materials typically reserved for luxury ateliers.
Their support extended beyond supplies, with expert-led masterclasses hosted by Dior Couture, Kenzo Couture and Guerlain, helping participants refine silhouettes, finishes and beauty looks with guidance from industry professionals.
At the end of the show, a jury singled out the most promising profiles through three awards, further bridging the gap between an amateur platform and real career pathways.
The two main prize winners, Erijona Malsiu and Kany Diallo, will be welcomed for an immersion day at Louis Vuitton, including personalized HR coaching, CV preparation, interview techniques, career guidance, and an exclusive visit to the Louis Vuitton design studio to discover how collections are conceived from sketch to runway…
