Adidas Brings 150 Young Talents Into IT Retail Logistics and Product Creation Across Germany

adidas has welcomed 150 interns, apprentices and dual students as they begin their professional journeys across the company’s locations in Germany. The incoming cohort includes 71 interns, 49 apprentices and 30 dual students, who will contribute across IT, logistics, product creation, retail and business functions.

The new intake reflects adidas’ continued investment in young talent as it builds the next generation of leaders for the global sporting goods industry.

Through internships, apprenticeships and dual-study programmes, the company is creating several paths for people to gain practical experience while developing skills in areas that shape the future of sport.

A New Generation at adidas The 150 new starters join adidas at a time when the company is focused on innovation, product development, digital transformation and stronger consumer experiences.
