In its April 2025 lease announcement, Immobel described retail accommodation across three levels—the basement, ground floor and first floor—alongside 1,200 square metres of offices for the brand. The address sits between Rue Cambon and Rue Royale, behind a 19th-century facade.

Bringing commercial and office functions into one building gives the house a substantial Paris base, with customer-facing space and local operations sharing the same location.
