As part of continued efforts to make the shopping experience even more convenient for its clients, Sephora rolls out new Same-Day Delivery service, enabling faster-than-ever delivery of prestige beauty to shoppers nationwide.
HOW SAME-DAY DELIVERY WORKS: The journey starts on Sephora.com and/ or the Sephora mobile app. Upon landing on the product detail page, Shopper’s may select “Same-Day Delivery” as their preferred delivery method and input their zip code, then add the desired product to their carts. • From there, for a flat fee of $6.95, a courier will retrieve the order from a nearby Sephora store and deliver it directly to their chosen address. • Same-Day Delivery is available seven days a week in most major cities and suburbs for all orders placed before 4 p.m. local time. Orders placed after 4 p.m. will be delivered the next day. • To see the latest notifications about SameDay Delivery orders, clients can download the app and enable app notifications.
OTHER WAYS TO SHOP SEPHORA: Live Beauty Help: This digital shopping advisory tool connects online shoppers with a live Beauty Advisor, for realtime advice on product selection and application. • Buy Online, Pick Up In Store: Shoppers can purchase their products online, and Beauty Advisors at their local Sephora store will pack their order for in store pick up. • Curbside Pick Up: For maximum convenience, shoppers can opt for curbside pick up; after completing their purchase online, Sephora will send a notification with details on pick-up location and hours.
