Dom Pérignon Unveils Three Exceptional Vintages at CHIJMES Turning a 19th Century Singapore Convent Into an Intimate Tasting Journey

Three vintages, one story of time Earlier this month, a select group of guests gathered at CHIJMES Hall to discover three new Dom Pérignon releases presented together in a single, choreographed evening.

The launch spotlighted Dom Pérignon Vintage 2017, Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2010 and Dom Pérignon Vintage 2005 Plénitude 2 (P2), framing them as different expressions of time, ripeness and energy.

Guests began with individual, guided tastings, allowing them to focus on each cuvée’s structure and character before moving into a seated pairing dinner that layered food, light and sound around the wines.
