Renowned Italian fashion designer Roberto Cavalli has announced the launch of the luxurious Cavalli Tower in Dubai Marina. This ambitious project is a collaboration between the Roberto Cavalli brand and Dubai-based property development company Damac Properties, founded by Hussain Sajwani.
The Cavalli Tower is a 70-story residential building overlooking the stunning Palm Jumeirah Island. The interiors of the tower are designed with the signature opulence and bold style of the Roberto Cavalli brand, featuring marble finishes, parquet floors, and soothing water features.
The tower comprises 485 units, including high-end 1, 2, 3-bedroom luxury apartments, duplexes, and 5-bedroom duplex sky villas. Residents of the Cavalli Tower will have access to world-class amenities such as a gym, spa, infinity pool, private pools, beaches, sky gardens, and hydroponic walls. The building also boasts a four-story-high Cavalli-branded lobby leading up to a dazzling skylight.
This project marks a new era for the Roberto Cavalli brand, which has expanded its focus from fashion to interior design and real estate. The Cavalli Tower is expected to attract European, Chinese, and Russian buyers, reflecting Dubai’s growing appeal as a global luxury destination.
The launch of the Cavalli Tower coincides with the brand’s first runway show in three years at Milan Fashion Week, under the creative lead of Fausto Puglisi. The brand aims to strengthen its position in the world of interior, architecture, and real estate while continuing to create exquisite fashion designs for both men and women.
