Winn-Dixie has announced a major expansion of its popular in-store Amazon return kiosks, rolling out the service to 68 additional locations across 23 Florida counties. This move builds on the success of the pilot program, originally launched at 20 stores in North Florida, and marks a new chapter in Winn-Dixie’s strategy to deliver more convenience and value while deepening its collaboration with Amazon.

A Hassle-Free Customer Experience

Customers in counties such as Brevard, Broward, Charlotte, Duval, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach now have direct access to the kiosks, which allow them to return eligible Amazon purchases during grocery trips—l, no shipping box, tape, or label required. Bags and labels are provided at each station, making the process seamless and eliminating the need for extra errands.
