IICOMBINED Names Renaud Divisia Europe General Manager to Lead Regional Growth

IICOMBINED has appointed Renaud Divisia as General Manager of IICOMBINED Europe, giving the luxury executive responsibility for regional growth, retail expansion and commercial strategy across its business, including Gentle Monster. The appointment brings experience from Dior Parfums, Byredo and Puig Korea into the group’s regional leadership.

A European Title With an EMEA Remit Gentle Monster announced the appointment as a milestone for the company and IICOMBINED in Paris. Although Divisia’s title refers to Europe, the company described his remit as covering Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

His responsibilities span the organization supporting the business, its retail expansion and overall commercial direction. The role brings those functions together under a regional leader as IICOMBINED develops its presence across the territory.

Experience Across Luxury Beauty and International Distribution According to Gentle Monster, Divisia previously held international leadership roles at Dior Parfums within LVMH, working across Europe and the Middle East with responsibility for commercial development and market performance.

He subsequently served as International Director at Byredo, leading international commercial development and distribution strategy. Gentle Monster said he also contributed to Byredo’s transition following Puig’s investment in the brand…
