Seattle-based fashion retail giant Nordstrom, Inc., has recently announced its plans to open a new Nordstrom Rack store in Mooresville, North Carolina. This move is part of the company’s ongoing expansion strategy. It is aimed at strengthening its network of stores while introducing new customers to the unique product offerings of Nordstrom Rack.
The new Nordstrom Rack store will be in Mooresville Crossing, a popular shopping center that houses other major retailers like Best Buy, Barnes & Noble, and Ulta Beauty. Kimco Realty owns and manages The shopping center, a real estate investment trust (REIT) known for owning and operating open-air, grocery-anchored shopping centers across North America.

“In addition to shopping great brands at great prices, our customers in Mooresville can take full advantage of this convenient new location to pick up online orders and make returns.” Nordstrom Rack is the off-price retail division of Nordstrom, Inc., offering customers up to 70 percent off on a wide range of products, including apparel, accessories, beauty, home, and shoes from many of the top brands sold at Nordstrom stores.
The division plays a critical role in the company’s “Closer to You” strategy, which focuses on delivering customers a more convenient and interconnected experience across its stores and digital platforms.
