Victoria Beckham Opens Its First New York Store With Fashion and Beauty Under One Roof

The space was co-designed with artist Alexander May and Ole Lund of LNP. It connects the visual identity of the brand’s Dover Street flagship with SoHo’s architectural character, rather than reproducing the London store without adaptation.

A Direct Route to the US Customer The commercial significance is the combination of categories in a brand-controlled environment. A customer arriving for clothing can also encounter bags, fragrance and beauty within the same presentation.

That gives the company room to explain how those products belong together, instead of relying on separate departments or wholesale partners to make the connection. In a Vogue interview about the opening, Beckham highlighted the ability to choose the store’s assortment herself.
