Tanger Outlets Adds New Collection of Diverse Brands

First Allbirds in Tanger portfolio now open at Phoenix, AZ center.

Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc., a leading operator of upscale open-air outlet centers, has announced the addition of nearly thirty new stores to its retail lineup during the fourth quarter of 2022. This expansion comes just in time for the holiday shopping season, offering shoppers their favorite high-quality brands at value prices. Tanger Outlets currently owns or manages a portfolio of 37 centers across 20 states and Canada, totaling approximately 14.0 million square feet of leasable space.

Among the new brands arriving at Tanger Outlets is popular footwear and apparel retailer Allbirds, which has revolutionized fashion with its sustainable and eco-friendly products. Other notable additions include Mack Weldon, Roller Rabbit, Radley London, Huk, Zwilling J.A. Henckels, and Tanger’s second Summersalt location.

These new-to-portfolio brands join the recently introduced Serena & Lily and Ulta Beauty, further diversifying Tanger’s offerings and setting the bar for an immersive retail experience.

Executive Vice President of Leasing Justin Stein stated that Tanger’s leasing strategy aims to provide consumers with a unique, best-in-class shopping, dining, and entertainment experience by giving them access to extraordinary brands in diverse categories.
