COACHis launching &Coach, an always on Gen Z brand platform that hands storytelling over to young communities, creators and cultural voices, positioning luxury not as a top down narrative but as a space for shared authorship. More than a campaign, &Coach is designed as a long term content series that lives on social and evolves through participation, reflecting how Gen Z wants to shape identity themselves rather than inherit a pre written script.
A new model for luxury storytelling
With &Coach, COACH is intentionally moving away from the traditional luxury playbook that sells aspiration through a fixed identity. The brand states that, instead of asking consumers to step into a prescribed version of “who they should become,” &Coach creates room for collaborators and audiences to define aspiration and self expression on their own terms.

Launch roster: Gen Z voices across music, sport, film and activism The first wave of &Coach features a cross category line up of globally recognised and emerging names whose lives and careers resonate strongly with Gen Z.
These include: Charli xcx Malala Yousafzai Paige Bueckers Toni Breidinger PinkPantheress Avantika Iga Świątek KiiiKiii Content lives primarily on new, dedicated Instagram and TikTok accounts under @and.coach, where each participant shares their own perspective, voice and sense of self rather than reading from a single campaign script.
